Mapping Baby Blue's to Bluebook® (Draft 19 February 2016)

I prepared this mapping to assist readers in comparing Baby Blue's Manual of Legal Citation to the The Bluebook® A Uniform System of Citation®.

Another mapping reverses the order and displays The Bluebook® A Uniform System of Citation® to Baby Blue's Manual of Legal Citation.

For all of the hand waving around guides to legal citations, legal citations are more common than pigeon droppings in Rome. You need only gather them up and write an explanation for how to use them. After diligent searching, I have found no one objecting to anyone gathering legal citations and/or writing about how to use those legal citations.

However, attempting to donate the work of others, for the "public good," isn't the same as creating your own work product.

If you undertake the challenge of creating better public access to legal citations, please don't attempt to write Bleak House "lite" or some other mimic of current practice.
