High Places in CyberSpace

Written when the WWW was fairly young, High Places was a guide to using the WWW, as well as an annotated guide to resources for biblical and religious resources, classics and archaeology resources on the WWW.

The WWW has become substantially more multi-lingual since 1998 and the amount of worthwhile material has substantially increased. An updated version would require a collaborative approach and probably should be split into several separate publications. While an online version, that could be continually updated would be a must, I suspect that inexpensive print versions would also be welcomed by general users, libraries and instructors.

The success of such a venture would depend on how tired users are of the waste land of full text searching (read "Google-glut") and who would prefer a more filtered approach to content. Any interested potential collaborators or publishers?
