The WWW has become substantially more multi-lingual since 1998 and the amount of worthwhile material has substantially increased. An updated version would require a collaborative approach and probably should be split into several separate publications. While an online version, that could be continually updated would be a must, I suspect that inexpensive print versions would also be welcomed by general users, libraries and instructors. The success of such a venture would depend on how tired users are of the waste land of full text searching (read "Google-glut") and who would prefer a more filtered approach to content.
